Duncan facilitated a virtual session about resiliency in leadership for our fellows. Everyone commented on his positive energy and ability to engage individuals. His preparation showed and we enjoyed his unique method of sharing and breaking down complex issues into every day opportunities to learn and grow. He's already invited back to facilitate another session.
- Damary Bonillag-Rodriguez Director Leaders of Color Initiative NY We invited Duncan to address some of our top student leaders as part of our Emerging Leadership Speaker Series. Those who attended Duncan's session were inspired by his talk and walked away with practical skills they can use every day. His attentiveness to our group was felt by each participant. We are so excited for the next opportunity to work with him!

Duncan Kirkwood is an EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING facilitator. Duncan facilitated the most-requested session topic at Nationwide Virtual ParentCamp over three weeks in April 2020 – The Equity Room. It should be noted that this was the first time a session was “collaborative” – per family, school and community requests. What would that look like? Duncan accepted the challenge and rocked it. He was open to leading something new and collaborating with a co-facilitator. Duncan received rave reviews about his facilitation and leadership skills from parents, family, teachers, principals and community/industry members both verbally and via technology. His co-facilitator raved about him as well. The Equity room was booked during the 3 weeks Duncan was leading the session. He brings an energy, a direction, a belief in the group and a deep sense of wisdom and patience. Don’t wait another minute. Book Duncan Kirkwood as your facilitator!
